Seasonal Chef– Private/Charter 50m M/Y     

This is a busy private and Charter M/Y with a single season Mediterranean cruising program.

Start date: April 1st until Oct 31st

Location: Western Mediterranean

Package: Salary in Euros, inclusive of leave 

There is potential for this position to become permanent for the right candidate 

Experience and attributes required:

  • ⁠Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chef on 40m+ yachts, with a strong restauration background
  • Possess the ability to provide a varied repertoire of dishes for both Guests and Crew
  • Strong emphasis on Mediterranean, Asian, French and Italian Cuisines
  • Having a creative plating mind to offer the Wow factor when presenting dishes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to quickly adapt to change

Qualifications required:

  • STCW Fully up-dated
  • Ship’s Cook / Professional Culinary Diploma
  • Food & Hygiene L2
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
