Rotational Head Chef – Private Support Vessel 80m
- Start date: 18th December 24
- Location: Europe / Middle East
- Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid days Leave
Experience and attributes required:
- To be able to work in a team with the crew chef, to be organized, flexible, and promote healthy eating. Asian cuisine knowledge a great plus.
- Keep and monitor stocks and order provisions as required.
- Passionate about food and enjoy cooking multiple styles of cuisines and cooking methods.
- Creative, Calm, open minded, able to multitask, plan and produce food for large numbers
- Strong communication skills, time management.
- Strong awareness of workplace hygiene and personal hygiene.
Qualifications required:
- Ship’s Cook Certificate
- Minimum Food & Hygiene L2 Updated STCW
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
- Seaman’s Discharge Book
- Covid Vaccinated with Booster (Client request)
