 Rotational 2nd Chef – Private Yacht 100m+ MY     

  • Start date: 15th of November
  • Location: Europe / Middle East
  • Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid day leave (2:2)

 Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or cruise ships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Arabic, Fusion).
  • Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and execute multi-course meals for guests and crew.
  • Confident with a la carte service.
  • Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Flexible with working hours and capable of working under pressure. Ability to work effectively with other crew members.
  • Fluent English both written and oral

 Qualifications required:

  • Food Hygiene Level 3 or higher
  • Fully updated STCW
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties 
  • Crowd and Crisis management
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book
  • Covid vaccination – initial vaccines and booster (client request)
