Rotational 2nd Chef – Private Yacht 100m+ MY
- Start date: 15th of November
- Location: Europe / Middle East
- Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid day leave (2:2)
Experience and attributes required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or cruise ships.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Arabic, Fusion).
- Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to plan, prepare, and execute multi-course meals for guests and crew.
- Confident with a la carte service.
- Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Flexible with working hours and capable of working under pressure. Ability to work effectively with other crew members.
- Fluent English both written and oral
Qualifications required:
- Food Hygiene Level 3 or higher
- Fully updated STCW
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
- Crowd and Crisis management
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
- Seaman’s Discharge Book
- Covid vaccination – initial vaccines and booster (client request)
