Rotational Female Sole Chef opportunity aboard 40m Private M/Y cruising the US West Coast
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef to join this amazing program!
Start Date: August 2023
Package: Competitive Salary paid in Euros – 2:2 Rotation, full Medical and a training allowance
Itinerary: US West Coast and Central Americas
Experience Required:- Minimum 1 years’ experience on similar sized yacht, with high end restauration background
- Catering for crew on a daily basis, and providing the Principals and Guests with 5 Star level Dishes when on board
- Exceptional level of hygiene and safety
- Have the ability to provide a varied repertoire of modern, healthy, well-balanced meals
- Able to work in an effective manner with excellent time management, organisation and stock control skills
- Excellent English both written and verbal
- STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with a min of 6 months validity)
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Culinary Certificate and/or Ship’s Cook Certificate (preferred)
- B1/B2 Visa (Mandatory)
- COVID Vaccinations (Client’s request)
Non smoker/no visible tattoos
